I accidentally placed this order and realised it’s only straps and not the actual watch. I than contacted the customer service team to cancel because it said I can call anything between 8-4 and I was well within the time frame but the call wouldn’t go through. I than emailed someone within the team and they sent me a free returns label. I posted out the straps on 23rd December but still awaiting Refund.
