From the Home screen, go to Settings ⚙️
Tip: On the S2 or Gear Fit2 Pro, the Quick Settings panel doesn’t include the Settings icon.

Tap About WatchAbout Device, or About Band, depending on your model.
Tip: For the S2 or Gear Fit2 Pro, first tap Gear Info, then About Device.

Locate the Model Name or Model Number.
Look for the model name (e.g., “Galaxy Watch6” or “Gear S3”) or model number (e.g., “SM-R870”)

Use the search box at the bottom of this page to match the number to the compatible straps specific for Samsung model.

📱 Using Your Paired Phone

On your paired phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app.

With your watch connected, the model name (e.g., “Galaxy Watch6”) appears at the top of the app screen.

Go to Watch SettingsAbout Watch to view the full model number (e.g., “SM-R870”).
