Which size Apple Watch for women?

Every wrist is unique, which is why Apple offers two size options with each model. But which size suits you best? To help you choose the perfect Apple Watch, we’ve included a handy table below to guide your purchase decision.

Apple Watch Sizes for Women

It’s useful to know the available sizes first. We’ll skip older Apple Watch models and focus on the current ones:

• Apple Watch 6: 40mm & 44mm.
• Apple Watch SE: 40mm & 44mm.
• Apple Watch 7: 41mm & 45mm.

The Apple Watch sizes in millimeters refer to the case diameter. For example, the Apple Watch 7 41mm has a screen height of 41mm and a width of 35mm, reducing discomfort during movement (e.g., push-ups where a larger watch might feel cumbersome).

Unfortunately, you can’t influence the thickness of an Apple Watch. All current models (Apple Watch SE, 5, 6, and 7) have a thickness of 10.74mm, regardless of case size.
