The Apple Watch comes in two different sizes. You can easily see which size you need on the back of your Apple Watch. Here it is indicated in text which size your Apple Watch is, for example '40mm'. When ordering, choose the correct size indicated on your iWatch.

The Apple Watch has come with the same connection for the strap from the beginning. So it doesn't matter how old or new your Apple Watch is. As long as you order the right size, you'll be fine! You can replace the strap very easily.
