the strap is extremely well made and is reall...my first time buying from Smartwatch Straps UK and I couldn't be happier! the strap is extremely well made and is really great quality.. It came with an pin removal tool to adjust and its this part that tells me just how good the quality is... pins slip out easily with the tool and return just as well, its a very somple process! The space between the watch connection points is filled out too and it finishes off the look perfectly (some cheaper brands do not go that far) The closing point is excellent with press buttons on each side AND another buckle that goes nicely over that part for extra security... *** I made an error when I purchased and bought another pin removal tool, when I mentioned this to Lucas (customer rep) he didn't ask me anything about why or ok hard luck ... he simply refunded my money and thats the fantastic customer service you can expect!! ***
